1. Purpose
The Neftaly Code of Conduct provides a framework for ethical, respectful, and professional behavior within all Student Union activities operating under or affiliated with Neftaly’s holding structures. This code ensures that all students, leaders, representatives, and stakeholders are aligned with the values of integrity, accountability, inclusiveness, and responsible leadership.
2. Scope
This Code applies to:
- All elected and appointed Student Union members
- Student Union committees and sub-committees
- Neftaly representatives and support staff working with Student Unions
- Volunteers and affiliated student bodies under Neftaly oversight
3. Core Principles
3.1 Respect and Dignity
- Treat all individuals with respect regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, socioeconomic background, or political belief.
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students.
3.2 Integrity and Honesty
- Act honestly and ethically in all dealings related to the Student Union.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and declare any potential conflicts when they arise.
3.3 Accountability
- Take responsibility for personal actions and decisions.
- Ensure transparency in the use of resources, especially financial and material assets under Neftaly structures.
3.4 Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior during all meetings, events, and interactions.

Leaders within Neftaly-affiliated Student Unions must:

5. Use of Resources
- All assets (funding, equipment, venues, etc.) provided through Neftaly holding structures must be used responsibly and strictly for approved Student Union purposes.
- Misuse of resources, including fraud or unauthorized personal use, will result in disciplinary action.
6. Confidentiality
- Protect sensitive or confidential information obtained through union involvement.
- Do not disclose confidential data without proper authorization unless required by law or Neftaly protocols.
7. Conflict Resolution
- Disputes within or among Student Union members must be addressed through Neftaly’s dispute resolution processes.
- Personal attacks, public defamation, or aggressive confrontation are strictly prohibited.
8. Breaches and Disciplinary Measures
Violations of this Code will be addressed through:
